Refund Policy

All products sold through this website are covered by our warranty and return policies. we appreciate your business, and with that in mind we always want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer 180 days warranty on watch after you purchesed your item from our website. Watch can be returned or exchanged ONLY if it is faulty. （i.e. lost the second hand、minute hand、hour hand，the colour of the inside dial was fading ）The refund do not include the shipping fee.

If the product was damage result in heavy thing press during the transport process , you can contact with EMS Shipping Company. The EMS shipping Company will be responsible for this case and charge for the compensation.

After 14 days, we do not accept refund.

Please insure your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping costs incurred as such are not refundable.

Tampered products will not be exchanged/refunded. This means that if the watches have been opened up, or otherwise tampered or damaged, the return/refund policy will be considered null and void

The product is subject to final inspection for the above conditions before your return is processed.
